Our commitment

Side By Side Financial is committed to making this website accessible to people with disabilities. We work to apply the relevant accessibility standards and to keep improving the experience for everyone who visits.

Conformance status

This website is designed and intended to conform with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. It has not yet been formally assessed by an independent third party, so we describe it as intended to conform rather than fully conformant.

Measures we take

• Semantic HTML with a single main heading and a logical heading order on each page
• Text and interface colors chosen to meet WCAG AA contrast ratios
• Visible keyboard focus and full keyboard operation of the menu, FAQ and form
• Form fields with visible labels, required fields marked in text and clear error messages
• Descriptive alternative text for meaningful images
• Touch targets of at least 48 by 48 pixels on primary controls
• Respect for your device's reduced-motion setting, including smooth scrolling and animations
• Layouts that reflow down to 320 pixels wide without horizontal scrolling

Known limitations

We are still reviewing the site against every WCAG 2.2 success criterion. The contact form opens your own email app to send your message; if that doesn't work for you, please reach us directly by phone or email below.
